Maurice E. J. Lambert
Retired
As well as having his Bachelor of Laws, Maurice has a B. Comm in Business Administration. Maurice was called to the bar in 1974 serviced his clients in Richmond as a solicitor from 1976 until 2019. His clients included many prominent businesses and developers and he has expertise in acquisitions, sales, financing, corporate re-organization and Shareholders Agreements. Maurice had an extensive practice in real estate development and real estate transactions including commercial leasing. Maurice offered practical and solution-based advice and was particularly successful in negotiating contracts and disputes. Maurice is also proud to be a past owner and Governor of the Richmond Sockeyes Junior Hockey Club. Despite being retired, Maurice will still be providing administrative and advisory services to the firm.

Judd G. Lambert
Lawyer
Judd Lambert obtained a J.D. from the University of Villanova School of Law in 2007, and a B.A. Economics degree from The Colorado College in 1997. He was admitted to the Washington State Bar Association in January, 2008, and was called to the bar in B.C. in December, 2009. He represents clients in a broad range of legal matters including real estate acquisitions and sales, all aspects of commercial and residential development, structuring business enterprises (including incorporating companies and establishing partnerships), shareholder and partnership agreements, the purchase and sale of businesses, corporate reorganizations, estate planning, the preparation of wills and trusts and probate and administration of estates.

Dori-Anna Tomei

For over 15 years, Dori-Anna has been integral to our firm’s excellent service to our clients, with a track record of strong performance in high-volume, high-pressure environments. She plays a key role in commercial and real estate transactions, as well as managing OVL’s day to day operations and all things financial.
When not in the office, Dori-Anna can be found on the golf course in the summer, the curling club in the winter or, most preferably, on a sandy beach in Mexico.

Krista Milne is a Corporate Paralegal with the firm. With over 20 years working in the legal profession, Krista has extensive experience in all aspects of corporate law practices. She provides support in a variety of corporate-related transactions, including incorporations, corporate reorganizations, alterations, continuations, amalgamations, share and asset purchase transactions, dissolutions, restorations, partnerships, extra-provincial registrations as well as maintenance of societies. She also assists with due diligence investigations and minute book reviews.
